1.3 Terms and Conditions For Research Services

ProImmune has developed specialized terms and conditions for providing certain research services. Your ProImmune representative will provide these terms and conditions with your quotation where applicable.


2 Website Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to our website, www.proimmune.com (the “Website”). By continuing to browse and use the Website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the Website terms and conditions of use and our Cookies and Privacy Policy (“Terms of Use”).  If you do not agree to the Terms of Use you should exit the Website and refrain from using it.

In the following the term ‘ProImmune’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the Website, ProImmune Limited and, in the context of products and services being provided to persons in the United States and Canada, its wholly owned subsidiary, ProImmune, Inc.  ProImmune Limited has a registered office at The Magdalen Centre, Oxford Science Park, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 4GA, UK. ProImmune, Inc. has a regular place of business at 4281 Express Lane, Suite L2378, Sarasota, Florida 34249-2602, USA. Access and use by you of the Website constitutes your acceptance of the Terms of Use. They take effect from the date on which you first use the Website. We may at any time revise the Terms of Use without notice, and therefore they should be regularly checked by you.
