What is your policy on performance reviews?

Performance reviews take place twice a year. You will be asked to fill in a simple self appraisal form and this will be discussed with your manager and their supervisor.

What hours will I be expected to work?

40 hours per week, which can be on a flexitime basis, depending on your job.

Where is ProImmune based?

At the Oxford Science Park, which is just off the southern ring road around Oxford approximately three miles from the city centre.

What is ProImmune’s policy on training?

We have experienced and highly skilled managers who provide training in the first instance. We also offer formal training as necessary for the particular job, including coaching by external experts, attendance of courses, and attendance of conferences, as appropriate.

How many day’s holiday will I get?

At ProImmune in the UK 23 days a year in addition to the number of public holidays. In the US it is 15 days in addition to 9 public holidays.

What are the opportunities for travel?

We regularly attend trade shows in Europe and the US. We sell to customers worldwide and often visit client accounts in person in Europe and the US.

What is the dress code?

We do not have a formal dress code for office working. Staff who meet customers will usually wear business attire or smart casual clothing. If you are working in the lab you will have to dress to comply with applicable health and safety regulations.

How is ProImmune funded?

ProImmune was originally funded by its founders. Since then we have grown based on the success of our products and services in the market place. We anticipate that we will continue to grow the company in the same way for the foreseeable future.

Our customers are research groups in pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and in government and academic institutes around the world. Many of our customers are the recognized leaders in their field.
