Quality and Facilities Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality and Facilities Specialist to join our Operations Team. Reporting to senior management you will have primary responsibility for maintaining all aspects of our quality assurance and quality control across business functions. You will help us:
- Maintain and evolve our existing ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, including document control, deviation management, audits and training.
- Maintain our compliance with the Human Tissue Act 2004 registration requirement.
- Health and Safety compliance with standards and requirements applicable to our business.
- Maintenance of our facilities, laboratories, and equipment at our head office business site.
You will have good degree in a Biological Science discipline, familiarity with general biotechnology techniques, and ideally hands-on laboratory experience. Further you need to have experience in quality and facilities management within the life science industry, including managing suppliers, and experience with setting up and maintaining an ISO compliant quality system. You will need to demonstrate a self-starting attitude, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, original thinking and the ability to work to the relevant compliance-based deadlines.
