Quality and Facilities Specialist

Location: Eynsham, Oxfordshire, UK

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality and Facilities Specialist to join our Operations Team. Reporting to senior management, you will have primary responsibility for maintaining all aspects of our quality assurance and quality control across business functions. You will help us:

  • Maintain and evolve our existing ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, including document control, deviation management, audits and training.
  • Maintain compliance with the Human Tissue Act 2004 registration requirement.
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance with standards applicable to our business.
  • Maintain facilities, laboratories, and equipment at our head office site.

You will have a good degree in a Biological Science discipline, familiarity with general biotechnology techniques, and ideally hands-on laboratory experience. You will also have experience in quality and facilities management within the life science industry, including supplier management and maintaining an ISO-compliant quality system.

Graduate Scientist

Location: Eynsham, Oxfordshire, UK

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Graduate Scientists to join our scientific laboratory team. A successful candidate will work across a range of scientific areas including protein biochemistry, molecular biology, chemical biology, and cell-based analytical assays.

You should be degree-qualified in Biochemistry or a related discipline. Experience in techniques such as protein expression and purification, immunoassays, molecular cloning, flow cytometry, ELISpot, microscopy, or single-cell sequencing is an advantage.
