Ankyrons® Testing Data

Flow cytometric analysis of human lymphocytes stained using a selection of mouse primary antibodies against human targets, detected using mouse IgG3 specific Ankyron clone CS30130 (0.1 μg Ankyron, in red). Negative control of Ankyron alone (no primary antibody) in grey. The Ankyron selectively binds to the anti-human CD49e mouse IgG3 primary antibody positive control, with no specific signal observed for the negative control mouse IgG1, IgG2a-b and IgM primary antibodies.
Binding assay determination of the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of V5-labeled Ankyrons® CS30130 binding to 0.5 picomoles of immobilised IGHG3_MOUSE, over a background (BG) of non-cognate target protein. The Ankyron was pre-conjugated with the ProImmune Anti-V5 HRP label reagent before detection with a chemiluminescence substrate.
