Ankyrons® Testing Data

Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells following pre-conjugation of 0.4 μg of Ankyron with anti-V5 APC (red). Negative control, anti-V5 APC only.
Colorimetric western blot analysis of purified target protein (1µg - 10 ng) and lysates from MCF7 cells using 1 µg/ml V5-tagged Ankyron preconjugated with anti-V5-HRP (1 in 500).
