Affinity measurement of V5-labeled Ankyrons® DV40440 binding to HNF4A_HUMAN, of value Kd = 180.0 nM, with 95% confidence bounds (CI95U, CI95L). Conjugation to ProImmune Anti-V5 HRP label reagent allows detection in Solution Equilibrium Titration immunoassay with a chemiluminescent substrate.
