Ankyron HLA_A2402 Clone AZS40160
Ankyrons® Testing Data
Flow cytometric analysis of formaldehyde-fixed (1 %) human lymphocytes from four donors with HLA alleles as indicated, using an Ankyron clone specific to HLA allele A*24:02. The Ankyron (0.4 µg) was pre-conjugated with anti-V5 APC (red), with a negative control of anti-V5 APC alone (grey). Note minimal cross-reactivity with HLA-A*23:01, a closely related allele which differs by only four amino acid residues.
Binding assay determination of the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of V5-labeled Ankyrons® AZS40160 binding to 0.5 picomoles of immobilised HLA_A2402, over a background (BG) of non-cognate target protein. The Ankyron was pre-conjugated with the ProImmune Anti-V5 HRP label reagent before detection with a chemiluminescence substrate.
