Ankyrons® Testing Data
Binding assay determination of the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of V5-labeled Ankyrons® CS31146 binding to 0.5 picomoles of immobilised HARI1_HELPZ, over a background (BG) of non-cognate target protein. The Ankyron was pre-conjugated with the ProImmune Anti-V5 HRP label reagent before detection with a chemiluminescence substrate.
Heat maps of Ankyrons binding to each of the helminth HpARI proteins and to some truncations of HpARI2 (left panel) and specificities of each Ankyron to the HpARI or HpBARI against which it was raised, and other members of the family (right panel).
