Fluorescence microscopy of HeLa cells transfected with Gabarap-GFP. Cells were fixed in 4 % paraformaldehyde in PBS, permeabilized in 0.1 % Triton X100, then stained using ANK01191_1_AH50324 and anti-V5 secondary antibody (red). Colocalisation of bound Ankyron (red) with Gabarap-GFP (green) is apparent.
Binding assay determination of the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of V5-labeled Ankyrons® AH50324 binding to 0.5 picomoles of immobilised GBRL1_HUMAN, over a background (BG) of non-cognate target protein. The Ankyron was pre-conjugated with the ProImmune Anti-V5 HRP label reagent before detection with a chemiluminescence substrate.
