Flow cytometry of salmon spleen cells, following staining with V5-tagged Ankyron clone EI40343 and anti-V5 APC labeled Flurotag. Events were gated for singlets and for live cells, with unstained cells in lower left panel, cells stained with anti-V5 APC only in the lower middle panel, and cells stained with Ankyron and anti-V5 APC in the lower right panel. Binding assay determination of the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of V5-labeled Ankyrons® EI40343 binding to 0.5 picomoles of immobilised FLT3_SALMON ENSSSAT00000020606.2, over a background (BG) of non-cognate target protein. The Ankyron was pre-conjugated with the ProImmune Anti-V5 HRP label reagent before detection with a chemiluminescence substrate.
