Flow cytometric analysis of human lymphocytes stained using the primary therapeutic antibody Panitumumab (anti-human EGFR, IgG2 isotype), detected using human IgG2 specific Ankyron clone AE40339 (0.1 μg Ankyron, in red). Negative control of Ankyron alone (no primary antibody) in grey.
Binding assay determination of the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of V5-labeled Ankyrons® AE40339 binding to 0.5 picomoles of immobilised DRUG_Panitumumab, over a background (BG) of non-cognate target protein.
