Flow cytometric analysis of mouse J774A.1 cells, either resting (blue) or following stimulation (red) overnight with LPS, prior to staining with pre-conjugated Ankyron (0.4 µg) and anti-V5 APC. Negative controls, anti-V5 APC only on unstimulated (light grey) and stimulated (dark grey) cells.
