Ankyrons® Testing Data
Flow cytometric analysis of spleen cells from E. spelaea bats. Around 1 million cells were stained with 5 µg of Ankyron DJ41131 and live-dead stain for 60 min at 4 °C with shaking, washed twice, then incubated for 60 min at 4 °C with shaking with anti-V5 APC, 5 µg, followed by two washes, prior to acquisition of data. Cells were gated for lymphocytes, then singlets, with dead cells excluded. Data are courtesy of Dr. Akshamal Gamage, Duke-NUS Medical School.
Binding assay determination of the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of V5-labeled Ankyrons® DJ41131 binding to 0.5 picomoles of immobilised CD45_EONSP, over a background (BG) of non-cognate target protein. The Ankyron was pre-conjugated with the ProImmune Anti-V5 HRP label reagent before detection with a chemiluminescence substrate.
