Ankyrons® Testing Data
Lymphocytes were cultured overnight in either the absence or presence of phytohemagglutinin (PHA) for stimulation, prior to fixation in formaldehyde (1 %) and flow cytometric analysis, staining with pre-conjugated Ankyron (0.4 µg) and anti-V5 APC. Unstimulated cells in blue, PHA-stimulated in red and negative controls of anti-V5 APC only on unstimulated and stimulated cells in light and dark grey respectively.
