Binding assay determination of the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of V5-labeled Ankyrons® AZS40101 binding to 0.5 picomoles of immobilised BOV_IgG3, over a background (BG) of non-cognate target protein. The Ankyron was pre-conjugated with the ProImmune Anti-V5 HRP label reagent before detection with a chemiluminescence substrate.
Ankyron™ AZS40101 can be used a capture or detection reagent in ELISA assays. Ankyron™ AZS40101 was used as an ELISA capture (A) or detection (B) reagent to detect recombinant bovine IgG1, IgG2 and IgG3 mAbs. Mean data ± SD for technical duplicates are shown.
