Ankyrons® Testing Data
Binding assay determination of the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of V5-labeled Ankyrons® AZ40384 binding to 0.5 picomoles of immobilised BOV_IgG2, over a background (BG) of non-cognate target protein. The Ankyron was pre-conjugated with the ProImmune Anti-V5 HRP label reagent before detection with a chemiluminescence substrate.
ELISA screening of Ankyrons against cattle IgG subclasses, using either IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 or pig IgG1 to coat ELISA plates, then applying 19 Ankyron clones and detecting with HRP-conjugated anti-His tagged antibody and substrate, measuring optical density (OD) at 450 nm. Specific binding of Ankyron clone AZ40384 to bovine IgG2 is indicated.
