Pro5® MHC Class I Pentamers and ProT2® MHC Class II Tetramers for tracking antigen-specific T cells

Successful immune monitoring programs are dependent on reliable research tools for tracking antigen specific T cell responses. The Pro5® Pentamers are the most published commercial Class I tool for measuring antigen specific CD8 T cells with over 700 catalog specificities available. The ProT2® Tetramers for enumerating antigen specific CD4 T cells are pre-labelled or available as biotinylated monomers that ship in 1-2 weeks.
