If you wish to pay using an existing credit account ProImmune will need to set up your account configuration before you can place an order. Submit your account registration and allow one working day before you order for your online account to be updated with the correct credit account information.
Customers in China and Japan do not have access to order online as orders must be placed directly through ProImmune’s distributor in that country.

Currently the online ordering system cannot distinguish between orders and re-orders for the same custom Pentamer; please contact ProImmune to inform us if you re-order a custom Pentamer so that the custom set up charge can be removed from your invoice.

In addition to your Pentamer you must also select the “Rapid Synthesis Charge” (FRSC) in the last section in order to have dispatch in 12 working days. This charge will appear in your shopping basket at checkout, along with the custom set up charge (FCUS). The Rapid Synthesis Charge will be invoiced according to the product service specifications.

Order custom peptides by typing in the sequences individually. Type in the sequence of interest and select scale and purity from the drop down menu. The price per peptide will appear in the right of the table; ‘Add To Basket’. There is currently no facility available to order modified peptides – order these products via telephone, fax or e-mail. Large numbers of peptides may also be ordered by fax or email if there are a very large number of peptide sequences to type in.
Select Human or Mouse antibodies or ‘Show All Products’ and view the list of antigens. Select the antigen of interest and ‘View Selected Products’; the list of products is displayed with product code, number of tests and price; select the desired product and quantity and ‘Add To Basket’.
Select ‘Human’ and select the product(s) of interest, e.g. Alpha-Gal-Cer pre-loaded tetramer, empty tetramer, negative control tetramer. Click on ‘View Selected Products’. Next, click on the product group of interest to reveal the individual products available with product code and price displayed. Select the products that you wish to order and click ‘Add To Basket’. Several products may be added at once.
Products are added to the basket as they are ordered, via the links in the top menu under the ‘Online Ordering’ section. Products are saved in the basket if you log out of your account before going through the checkout procedure. When you log in again you can go directly to your shopping basket using the ‘View Basket’ link on the top menu. The shopping basket also contains a section to inform you of the estimated dispatch time for the products you are ordering. This is displayed for each category of products as a whole. If you have ordered more than one product from a single category, and they have different estimated dispatch times, the longer dispatch time will be displayed.
In the shopping basket view select appropriate tax status and then ‘Proceed To Checkout’.
Orders on accounts with invoice country USA and State equal to Florida, Virginia, Maryland, Illinois or Indiana are subject to sales tax unless the order is tax exempt. Proof of tax exemption for the order should be faxed to +1 775 206 4635. Orders in all other States are tax free.
Orders on accounts with invoice country UK are subject to VAT at 17.5% unless a VAT exemption certificate is provided for the order. Proof of VAT exemption should be faxed to ProImmune at 0870 712 0588.
Orders on accounts with invoice country in the EU (excluding the UK) are subject to UK tax at 17.5% unless a valid Tax Identification (Tax ID) number is provided for the account (VAT, TVA, IVA, MwSt).
Following ‘Proceed To Checkout’ the shopping basket is updated with tax charges when applicable. Review invoice and delivery address details. Invoice details cannot be changed at this point prior to checkout. Delivery details may be edited. To change invoice address details scroll to the bottom of the page and use ‘Go Back’; Chose option ‘Save Basket’ and proceed to ‘My Account’ from the top menu. Account details may be edited on this page. Edits to some fields require approval and updating by ProImmune before they are changed in the customer account. Submit changes and ProImmune will confirm the update to your account information by e-mail. Please allow one working day for these changes to take effect.

Apply for a new credit account: select if you do not have an account with ProImmune and wish to apply for one. Your order can be submitted and will be placed on hold until your account has been opened. ProImmune will send a credit application form and Terms and Conditions of Sale to your account e-mail address.
Credit Account: select if you have an account with ProImmune; the credit account number will appear in the field below; if you have more than one credit account number please ensure that the correct account number is shown. If you have a credit account with ProImmune, but there is no option to select it please contact ProImmune so that your online account can be updated with the credit account number.
Cheque or bank transfer: enter relevant details; your order will be processed once the payment has cleared.
Credit card: enter relevant details; all credit card information is collected and stored using secure web pages. The credit card transaction does not take place online. Your order is processed and the credit card transaction takes place on the day that the order is dispatched.
Purchase Order Reference No.: enter the official purchase order reference if appicable (usually supplied by your purchasing department).
Special Quotation prices: enter the quotation reference in the Purchase Order Reference No. field, after the purchase order number.
Review your shopping basket, including the delivery charge. See price lists for confirmation of relevant delivery charges. Check invoice and delivery addresses are correct, and method of payment. Read the Terms and Conditions of Sale and tick the box before ‘Confirm Order’. A message appears to notify you that your order has been processed.
Orders are confirmed by e-mail to the address given in the account details.
Notify ProImmune immediately if there are any errors discovered or changes required after the order has been processed. Once a change has been made an e-mail may be sent to confirm the final order details.
ProImmune will notify you of changes in the status of your order and when the order has been shipped. You will be notified by e-mail when the order is dispatched. The e-mail will give the name of the courier company and the tracking number for the order.
Go to ‘My Account’ in the top menu. Details of previous orders are stored under ‘Order History’. ‘View’ the details of the order of interest.
