We usually ship stock items within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. “Available” items are shipped within 5 – 10 working days. Custom synthesized MHC-peptide complexes are usually shipped within 4 – 6 weeks from confirmation of the order. We do not ship immediately before public holidays in order to avoid storage problems during transit.
Products are shipped at 4oC, except for custom peptides, which are shipped at ambient temperature.
Products are delivered by an Express service overnight to Europe, or in 1-2 days to USA & Canada and in 4 days to the rest of the world.
